Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.
How to withdraw
Inform us with a clear statement (for example an email to info@ostschraube.de) of your decision to withdraw. Sending the notice within the period is sufficient.
Consequences
We refund all payments including standard delivery costs without delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
